Convicted child abuser Jerry Sandusky filed a new appeal Thursday in Centre County court.
The 137-page appeal challenges and questions many aspects of Sandusky’s arrest and court proceedings, and claims that he didn’t get a fair trial.
Sandusky was found guilty in 2012 on more than 40 criminal counts and is currently serving a 30-year prison sentence.
His legal team, last year, filed an appeal in federal court, but a judge there decided the remaining county court issues need to be resolved first, before a federal court review.
