The Family of Osaze Osagie is requesting more time for pre-trial work to a Federal Judge who is overseeing their Lawsuit against State College Borough. Osagie was shot to death in 2019 when 3 State College Police Officers attempted to serve him a Mental Health Warrant.
In a letter this week to the presiding Judge, an Attorney for the Family says the two sides have exchanged more than 5,000 documents, and conducted 14 depositions, but they would like additional time to complete the discovery process.
