In a new filing in Federal Court, close to 2 dozen of those charged in connection with the 2017 hazing death of Penn State student Timothy Piazza are asking a judge to keep their police interviews in the case confidential.
Piazza died after a party at the the former Beta Theta Pi Fraternity house on campus.
His parents filed a Federal suit, claiming the fraternity brothers were negligent in his death.
The Piazza’s who have toured the country talking about hazing oppose any confidentiality order.
