Richland School District will reopen as scheduled after water damaged the Elementary School and High School last week.
Superintendent Arnold Nadonley sent a letter to residents in the district saying some areas may look a little different when everyone returns
But that the buildings are safe.
Pipes burst inside the High School due to the severe wind chills
And a malfunction in the Elementary heating system caused water damage there as well.
