Once again Herm Suplizio’s defense is asking for more time to prepare but the judge has yet to grant the request.
Suplizio’s legal troubles started a year ago with his arrest on state charges for fraud and theft of public monies.
Those charges were withdrawn so the Federal case could play out.
If more time is granted it will be the fourth extension for Suplizio’s defense team
The Federal case could be delayed again against the former Dubois City Manager.
